The spacious apartment was disappointing with cleanliness issues like food in the refrigerator, long black hair everywhere in the bathroom, and a big dirty spot in the living area where the dining table should be. The location was ideal for joining a cruise, but the proximity to train tracks was a downside.

My stay at the hotel was very pleasant overall. The rooms were spotless and well-equipped, but unfortunately, they didn't match my reserved preferences. The service was top-notch, especially from Carlos, who went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The location was superb, making it easy to explore Miami's attractions. While the dining was satisfactory, the breakfast could have been better. Despite a minor hiccup with parking arrangements, my experience was memorable.
